 We are currently only serving Virtual and home visit consultation appointments for patients ages sixteen years and up located in the Washington, DC and Maryland Metropolitan areas. We are currently accepting health insurance plans for Cigna, Aetna, and Humana in the state of Maryland only!


Call us to schedule an appointment, after confirmation you will be send a secure booking confirmation with one of our providers. Your visit will be conducted on a secure online platform to discuss your health concerns. We accept health insurance plans in the state of Maryland (Aetna, Cigna, and Humana plans). We also accept FSA and HSA payment for your service.


We are currently accepting health insurance plans for Cigna, Aetna, and Humana in the state of Maryland only! PatientWell Connect does not accept health insurance in Washington, Dc at this time. Instead, you pay a flat fee for the care you receive. You can also pay with your FSA or HSA debit card. 


PatientWell Connect offers a variety of lab tests, including blood tests, urinalysis, and more and works with lab facilities near your home at lower rates. During your visit, please speak with your provider to determine which labs are necessary for your healthcare needs.


The cost for a visit at telemedicine clinic varies depending on the type of appointment and services provided. Please contact us to find out more information about costs of services.


We are currently accepting health insurance plans for Cigna, Aetna, and Humana in the state of Maryland only! PatientWell Connect does not accept health insurance in Washington, DC at this time. Instead, you pay a flat fee for the care you receive. You can also pay with your FSA or HSA debit card. 


 If needed, our team of providers can electronically send prescriptions directly to your pharmacy. If you need additional testing, including laboratory testing we have a partnership with local lab services for minimal fees, which you can discuss with our providers during the visit.  


Our providers are efficient and flexible, however a no show late fee of $50.00 will be charged to the card on file for arrivals later than 15 minutes or no show appointments. Patients must reschedule their visit within 24 hours to avoid a $50.00 late fee. Our detailed patient financial policy will be emailed to you upon booking an appointment. Please be sure to check your device and setup prior to your scheduled call time to avoid a no show late fee.

 Access to medical consents and documents will be sent securely to your email upon booking. Access to signed records can be provided on the patient portal with registration. 


 Our Telehealth services cannot treat all conditions or medical needs. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or injuries, you should seek immediate medical attention and go to a hospital emergency room instead:

  • Anaphylactic reaction (throat closing)
  • Broken bone(s)
  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Bleeding that is continuous and will not stop
  • Serious illnesses and injuries
  • Unconsciousness
  • Severe vomiting, dizziness, or headache
  • Any life-threatening emergency
  • Conditions that may require hospitalization


If you’re having a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline (301) 973-3257 or text “home” to (301) 973-3257
